We had major thunderstorms in metro Detroit - as a result, the Tiger game didn't start until like, 11:00 p.m. Now as I sit and play on the new laptop - I affectionately listen to DH snore while laying in the couch, pretending to listen to the game! Aw!
Kiddies are tucked safe in their beds...was a bit strange tonight, we were just about to walk out the door to go out to dinner and the storms hit. We (wisely) decided to stay in...while feeding the kids there were terrible reports on the news and the sirens started to go off. We took them down to the basement to "play" - really wanted everyone down there for safety, just in case. We are very lucky to live in a neighborhood with good sewer system, no real threat of floods, etc. Heard of several tornadoes that may have touched down close by, but not that close to us (thank goodness!)
Well, time to rouse DH off the couch and into bed!
